Every text uses their name

Insert a {first name} or {last name} tag and each person receives their own copy of the message. Names are tidied automatically, so JOHN becomes John, without changing your records.

Hi church family! Prayer meeting is tonight at 7. Hope to see you there.

A fallback for missing names

When a person has no name on file, your fallback word fills in instead: "there" or "church" by default, or any word you choose. A blank never shows.

Repeat on a schedule

Send the same message every day, week, every 2 weeks or month, on the days and time you choose in your account's time zone. Start on a date; end never, on a date, or after a set number of sends.

Does personalization cost extra?

No. Personalized and repeating messages are billed per send like any other message, and each person is billed only for their own copy. A long name can make one copy 2 credits; the composer shows the exact total before you send.

What if someone has no first name on file?

Can we skip one week without ending the schedule?

If a trial runs out of credits or nobody is left on the list, the schedule pauses and tells you why, so nothing goes out half-finished.
